Amazon.com Review
For a lovingly prepared entree or a sweet ending, this heart-shaped ramekin adds a special touch to a meal and goes right from the oven to the tabletop. The ramekin has a capacity of 8 ounces, ideal for a single serving size of chocolate custard or an individual macaroni and cheese casserole. The accompanying lid is available for dishes that need to stay moist while baking or for making grand presentations during serving. Made of nonporous stoneware, this ramekin is resistant to staining and cracking and is safe for the freezer, conventional oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The stoneware also ensures that food cooks evenly and efficiently. All of Le Creuset’s Poterie stoneware is covered by a limited warranty on manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. --Cristina Vaamonde
Customer Reviews
Great little serving dishes, and they are Le Creuset!
Great little dishes... and they are Le Creuset. For the price, it's hard to find anything Le Creuset. I would definitely purchase again. We use these for serving everything from cheese spreads to mini-casseroles to pudding and even soup.
Small, but fun.
If you're wanting to use it for a special time, definitely get 2. They are too small to be shared, but make a perfect single serving.
Had to have it!
I saw this at the Le Creuset outlet and just had to buy it (it was the only thing I could afford in the store)! I knew I wouldn't bake in it and the sales person mentioned that some folks use it as a salt cellar. So, there it sits ... filled with salt next to my stove ... adds lots of character to my kitchen and I use it all the time.
